Dance to Inspire

Ever since I could walk I have loved to dance, beginning with moving to the song "Hangin Tough" by New Kids on the Block. Dance is a word I use to explain who I am.

Martha Graham said something that I believe holds true in my own life. She said that she did not choose dance, but rather that dance chose her. Dance is Life to me. It gives me meaning, purpose, and great joy which is why I want to share it with the world. I want to inspire people to dance.

I wanted to start a blog to help connect the things that I love most: inspiring people, teaching, dancing, traveling, different cultures, family, and loving life.
